Refund Policy

Because most of our products are custom-printed to order, our refund policy is more limited than a typical retail store. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Custom prints — non-refundable
Single transfers, gang sheets, and custom apparel printed with your artwork are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
Defects & print errors
If your order arrives damaged or contains a print defect on our end (wrong size, misprint, missing items), contact us within 14 days of delivery at GizelleCreation@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll reprint or refund the affected items.
Stock items
Non-custom stock items in unused, original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping is non-refundable). Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund if production has not yet started. Once your artwork has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.
How to request a refund
Email GizelleCreation@gmail.com with your order number, the issue, and any supporting photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
