Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Custom artwork & intellectual property

You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or images you upload. You grant us a limited license to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not print artwork that infringes third-party rights, contains hate speech, or violates applicable law.

Production & quality

We do our best to print every design as you envision it. If your artwork can't be produced at the quality we stand behind, we'll contact you before printing. Color, sizing, and placement may vary slightly from on-screen previews.

Returns

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigi's Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
